No-Bake Dairy and Gluten Free Brownie Bites

Hey, it's Lexa! So, here is a Dairy and Gluten Free recipe for you people out there who are allergic to dairy or gluten, that still tastes amazing! (And it's healthy!)

Ingredients For Brownies:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup hemp hearts
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2-5 tablespoons water (start with 2 and look at the mixture and add more if you think it needs it)

Instructions:
Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor, or a high powered blender. Mix until combined well.
Step 2: Separate into 12 pieces (or more in you make them smaller) by making a ball with them in your hands and them putting then on a cookie sheet and flattening them with a spoon or your palm.
Step 3: Put them in the fridge until they are cold, and you store them there for up to 3 days!

Ingredients for Frosting:
1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips (or if you don't need these to be dairy free use regular chocolate chips)
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
Step 1: Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 20 second intervals until almost melted, then stir until smooth and melted
Step 2: Add olive oil and mix until well mixed, then use a spoon to drizzle over brownies.

Note: you can serve right away if needed, or put in fridge for frosting to harden, and then serve. You can also just eat the brownie bites if you don't want frosting. Enjoy your brownie bites!
