From Annamarie: This is super good and quick to make, takes about 1/2 hour with frosting. Recipe from Carol Heuerman.

Cake Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 T cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 sour cream/yogurt
Directions:
1)Bring to a boil butter, water, and cocoa.
2)Take off heat.
3)Stir in sugar. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda together and then add butter mixture.
4)Whisk in eggs and sour cream into flour mixture.
5)Pour into a greased 11x17 cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min.
Frosting Ingredients:
1 stick butter
4 T cocoa
6 T milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1)Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a light boil.
2)Take off heat.
3)Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
4)Beat with a whisk and pour over the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
