DIY Tutu skirt

  So here is a simple DIY tutu skirt to use for Halloween! It doesn't really have to be for Halloween, but that's the only time older kids would normally wear a tutu. So...

What you need:

• Elastic
• Tulle, cut into 6-inch strips

Steps:

1. Cut the elastic so it fits around your waist, and sew it. You could also tie it or safety-pin it if you can't sew. 
2. now tie some tulle on it 
3. After you have put tulle around all of it, you're done!!
